Single target Arcomancy based wizard... parses slightly better than a max wiz merc... tends to hang on the Force of Will for a second or 2 from time to time... wastes Twincast when he has Improved Twincast on or already has a proc. Works but could use a bit more tweakin.

Tap tells KissAssist to cast this heal on the mob, not on the player. First time I've seen someone use the heals section for warrior aggro tools. Interesting.
