Camp Boots of flowing slime in Cazic-thule. Easy camp, I duo it with 70 war, and 70 cleric. If you have enough dps you can clear the whole area, and have chance for some other good drops to sell. I have gotten 5 pairs of boots in one day, and on my server thats 500k +.
The boots drop from a swirling red mass. He spawns in the second pool as you enter the sewers area. The first pool is safe room. kill the mob in the hall to the next pool, and then kill the 3 ph's in that next pool. Kill the mobs in the pools after the 2nd pool if you are bored, or want other loots to sell. But the boots only drop in the second pool.
I'm sure if you look around, there are some macros you can use to do this afk. But if you perfer to do it legit (like I do) the spawn time is about 21 minutes down there.
