Question - 1-40 vs 40-60 Accounts

Curious if any one could pinpoint the value of a fresh level 40 account. Debating what style of power leveling I want to get into, and I have seen quite some requests for fresh level 40 accounts.

I remember seeing a thread weeks ago (can't find it now,) where some one was selling the service of "pick any class you want etc" then the seller would get the toon up to lvl 40 and sell.

I probably would be more interested in the 1-40 then the 40-60, though I do know several 60 accounts can go for an easy $300.

Any thoughts/ideas?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found the thread. Seller is selling 1-40 for about $100 vs a level 60 for $300. I guess I just need to weigh in if I can do 1-60 in 3 weeks or less vs 1-40 in 1 week.

I mean you can level a character to 40 in just a couple hours, or 6 of them to 40 in just a couple hours.

Leveling groups of characters is super easy if you have the right boxes.

Druid + Cleric + Bard + Enchanter

level up X X X X X Bard (for the ae song that has a -resist mod on it). Easy.

I leveled a warrior to 55 during a period of bonus EXP (think it was only a 50% bonus) with a 25% exp pot and it only took about 12 hours, or maybe even less.

Befallen -> Unrest -> Dalnir -> Lower Guk -> Level with higher levels

Luclin release adds a new layer though to everything, not sure what leveling paths to take anymore since some of those lower end zones have good ZEMs from what I can remember.

Hell, if you wanted to be super lazy about it, you could set up kissassit to heal a set target, heal a target of target, and then heal your group as well, stick the high level PLers all in the group.

Set the druid to heal another set of 2 people + the group (the cleric will need help). DS everyone in your group

Set the Bard to twist 2 DS + Regen

Play the enchanter and stun whenever you see the clerics HP drop to 30% or so. It'll get a heal off, then rinse/repeat until the DS + ae's kill everything.

PULL ZONES

If you're leveling lower levels who have AE it makes it even easier.

Oh I forgot about that, I normally have my a wizard to help port doing AE snares. (Needed in Dalnir)
