Here is a list of all of the levels you will want to buy more equipment for your Character. I recommend player made items at first and if your lucky to get your hands on some fabled gear.. well then so be it
level 12: First upgrade should be at lvl 12
level 20: New Equipment with much better stats becomes available
level 30: New Equipment with much better stats becomes available
level 40: New Equipment with much better stats becomes available
level 52: Here is where the high end stats start
level 62: Dramatically higher than lvl 52
level 70: Tops out with fabled legendary and mastercrafted
