Not sure if anyone has ever posted this, if so I am sorry for the repeat.
If you are doing the fitted armor quest for chain/plate armor from east freeport, it requires you to kill fallen gaurdians in the commonlands. I was having a bear of a time getting them to spawn until a guildy told me a trick. If you kill only the gaurdian in the group he is in and run away from the remaining mob/mobs the gaurdian will respawn into the group. Seemed to take about 5 minutes per respawn. Was alot easier than running around searching.
