Set everyone to share XP, then run this on the 2 toons getting powerleveled. Enjoy.
You can also set the floor/ceil hp values to be more fitting to your kill speed. The goal is to have a safe margin where you manage to turn off sharing before the mob dies, but then switch it back on as long as the next mob is still over the ceil hp.
