Fixed Myrmidon's Sloth XIX that was using innoruuk emulsifier

added Myrmidon's Sloth XIX (laurion's song) recipe

Now able to take items from tradeskill depot, if the window is open and items loaded.

Did not have time for a whole lot of testing on this,

Broke the buy from vendor function

Added recipes from BlankStare to Jande's release

So, when I was doing these recipes, there was a lot of beer and EDM involved. I sometimes forgot to update the quantity of an ingredient used, as such is the case here.
This should also include the comma (macro ending) fix in the include file.

If you find any incorrect recipes, please let me know.

I had full intention of releasing a NoS update last year, and then.. I didn't. So, here's Night of Shadows, and Laurion's Song, plus some extra stuff. My apologies, I was learning how to add all these recipes in and grabbing a better understanding of how Jande programmed all of this.

- NoS recipes - if any are missing please let me know
- LS recipes - should be the full list, I've only tested about half of them, please give feedback!
- Songs: Warsong of the Vah Shir + Pests of the Piper rk II
- misc Eron's things because I was lazy
- makelists for the past few expansions (example usage: /mac ts/tradesman ls makelist armortailor or /mac ts/tradesman ls makelist potions)

WARNING:
The Laurion Song recipes include the Acolyte Focus type 18 augs. If you go about learning jewelcraft (/mac ts/tradesman jewelcraft learn) with those in your inventory, it will probably chew through them making augs you don't want. That said, if you're like me and "accidentally" farmed about 20 of them one day, then congrats on your JC skill points.
