Changed: Omitting 'Raw Gem Of' Jewelry recipes, they are used in coldain prayer shawl 2.0 and require you to be in a specific zone.

Added: Will wait until inventory changes for depot item to continue.
Note: May cause an issue if you are super laggy...
If the inventory never changes, it means the item wasn't withdrawn...

Added: Great Tiger Spirit Familiar to Item table, it is an ammo slot item. This is used for swapping items in and out for trophies.
Added: Mass batch and artisan vendor depot.
Note: Now vendor items will be added to be grabbed from depot to be shopped before going to the vendor for Artisan/Batch mass list generation.

Scaled the batch add window, added grabbing vendor items from depot for standard..
