This warrior has a few conditions to save your butt in the [Heals] section. I don't think the [Aggro] section works until RoF, so I had to add Berate to DPS as it wasn't triggering otherwise. Clearly you want to turn OFF DPS when you're not tanking. If you're raiding you may want another ini entirely, or you'll likely make everyone angry because you blew defensive & furious clearing trash.
Emergency spell haste if no other spell haste is detected, if you're not obsessive enough to camp stormfeather just remove that buff.
