re-organized

re-organized the dps and condition sections

tweaking

tweaked some conditions to be more accurate
added the use of mod rods during combat.
turned off debuffall as it was causing the bard to stop attacking with 2 or more mobs in camp

fixed the issue with chant of chaos drums

turns out the issue with Selo`s drums of the march was the difference between a ' and a `

so thats fixed now.
