Download the ZIP file and un-zip into your macro directory (no sub folder needed).
Verify you have MQ2SQLite plugin loaded (/plugin mq2sqlite).
To Start it type /mac shamanheal 200 95
It will not do anything until you target your MT. Once you have a target its rockin.
** NOTE if you set the Heal % at 100, You will Frostbitten your MT and possibly pull a mob or Raid Boss prematurely.
