[ALL] Added manual /rgl burnnow support
if you use /rgl burnnow it will enable forced burning your current target you can also use /rgl burnnow targetId to pass a specific targetid to boxes who might have different things targetted.
This will auto disable at the end of combat.

When enabled we will loot our own corpses first if near. This does not check for Rez.

On or OFF we will not loot npc's if we have a corpse near because we want to make sure we have bags to put the loot into.
