Very annoying step requiring pulling mobs, clicking debuff on them and killing. But complicated as the debuff appears bugged and randomly drops.
Additionally, the debuff is blocked or overwritten by quite a few spells including the Shaman Melancholy line:
Run this macro on one or two characters. Can be any character at that point in the quest - as the drops produced is what matters.
These characters will follow the top XTarget target and re-debuff the mob whenever necessary.
