Utility MQ2Status

Bagspace will now correctly return all sizes of bagspaces available from small to giant, and not JUST giant sized slots. Due to an internal issue with MQ2, the amount on TLP servers will be off by 2 slots.
/status skill will now return back the value of your requested skill. example: /status skill blacksmithing

Added support for CWTN "paused" mode

• /status tribute now returns your tribute state and current favor

- Users would like for /status to report back if their kissassist is set to a "Back Off" state
