/relocate pok - uses drunkards stein, brick of knowledge, the binden concerrentia, and the fabled brinden concerrentia
/relocate gate - uses class gate AA or a translocation potion
/relocate origin - uses origin AA or Sceptre of Draconic Calling
/relocate brell - uses Mark of Brell
