Picture the scene, it was late, I was tired, not feeling well most likely and I copied something, pasted it, and didn't update it. Bad things happened.

I resolved that today.

Oh yeah... Grind updated to use latest curl libs.

Added The Control Room and Hazuri instance exclusions to isDeadAtBind() look up as these zones are places where one could bind in.

Altered the route to avoid mass pulls around the hedge/maze area to the north.

Fixed KPH to calculate while running /grind custom

Fixed the behavior of /grind go to work as expected.

Added:
- maxRunCount which relates to the Safe Mode option. This feature allows you to configure how many times you want to run through a Grind instance. Once completed the configured run count the plugin will automatically run the lastRunCmd

Updated:
- tethering mechanism to reduce early exits due to lack of movement

With TLP opening ToV, there was a defect in the code where The Call was not properly checked against the CoV expansion and instead created a silent crash to desktop.

Added the box in Chambers of Puissance to bad geo fence area.
Fixed Safe Mode configuration specific to ToB Leviathan's Heart and The Control Room (thx sic for pointing it out)
