- hopefully *actually* fixed the reciprocal/ecliptic issue if you don't have ToB

- fixed a bad bracket making this previous update not to work
- - checking reciprocal from progressive spells now checks that you have the expansion, not just that it is available
- - - this is necessary for the other comparative checks for ecliptic/composite/etc
