- added "brdprecast" to allow adjustability of "precast" timing to lower potential for buffs fading
- - /brd brdprecast [0-6]; default is 3 (+ casting time) - previous hardcoded 3 (no casting time)
- - this allows adjustability and allows it to be adjusted as your character grows with casting speed, etc
- - this is the seconds before a song/buff ends to allow starting to precast, in addition to the casting time
- added "interruptformez" to mirror enchanter
- made some adjustments on our mez checks
- - this should result in much snappier mezzing instead of being like "mom, i'm busy"
