Update 1.4 Clicking restrictions

Lua won't click if you are invis/moving/hovering or in combat.
Also will now skip back slot for clicks.

Filtering some undesirable clicks

Clearing Target before clicking items

Added the '/mqtarget clear' before each click to stop aggro issues if you are targeting a potentially aggressive NPC.
