Add LIP.lua to the zip

No changes, just adding LIP.lua to the zip for users who may not run Alert Master / Button Master

Adding Group Roles

- Added functionality to store group roles when saving a crew. These will be assigned when the crew is formed.

Note: You should resave your crews to avoid any issues with the previous version of the ini.
