This one is slightly questionable. I had to rebuild it from my lvl 35 with new spells, so hasn't been completely tested, but I think it should still work. You're definitely going to want to be verifying buffs are needed, as with Defiant armor many toons start to hit max stats somewhere around here without the Shammy buffs in some if not all spots, so don't cast 'em if you don't need to, save your mana and downtime!
