Adjusted Zoning Delays

Adjusted zone check
Move the add to permignore back down a little, now that I found out losing connection was adding them
Adjusted the navto task giver distance to make sure you actually make it close enough to request a task
Added checks and load for MQ2Melee & MQ2MoveUtils
Downed two shots of whiskey
Adjusted group distance before zone out
Added UseCWTNHunterTankMode TRUE will use the CWTN plugin for the group leader / puller in Hunter Tank mode

Note: Using CWTN Plugins is all or nothing, not set up to mix and match plugins. Also, with CWTN HunterTank will ignore the LDoNMobIgnore.ini file as CWTN handles this it's own way.

If any issues arise please inform me as I have only tested this for a short period of time. Thank you.

Leader will now go back for aggro after waiting at zone out for group to leave task, then return to zoneout.
If a group member is stuck / feign death, will issue the stand command as a part of get unstuck
Doubled the swing count for notkillable to be added to the permignore list - may want to delete your LDoNMobIgnored.ini
When running DanNet and not group leader, will now send command for the group to designate you leader
Remove Levitation when requesting task, causing the task giver to be out of range
Try the group mana check again, Should Check group mana

You can now activate /LDON UseKissassist on, /LDON UseCWTN on, or /LDON UseMuleAssist on (Only turn on one or the other, It's all grouped toons or none right now.)
Regardless of using a plugin (kissassist on or off), other than using bardmed off or on, -
- your group will now sit when low on mana, health or endurance if using eqbc or dannet
No longer sends /killthis command if UseCWTN is on
Fixed broken DanNet commands in checkinvis
Think I got bardmed pinned down /LDON BardMed off - will ignore bard Mana and Endurance
Fixed MedEndTill

Also, working on using plugins as the main tank in instances, be patient.

If you are using a caster for a tank (cleric) without a pet caster will now melee
Should check groupmana now for all but the tank and bard unless you have bardmed on
Will only make your toons sit if not using kissassist/other plugin that should already make your toon sit
This macro was designed to be used without any other plugin support for group members, adding these has been a work in progress.

Should no longer check for tank class mana in group
Fixed a few more errors in DanNet commands
Still working on sorting BardMed - If BardMed is OFF will not check for Mana or Endurance

Changed Pulling Method to help eliminate corpse target
Will now attempt to make you leader of group if using DanNet
Fixed some areas where EQBC was being used when calling DanNet
Placed commands for convenience under Sub Kiss and Sub EndKiss for commenting to use CWTN or EQMule

Many changes and unable to completely test them all. Keep the feedback coming. Much appreciated.
