Converted this prior Level 113 Druid KA12 .ini file to a Level 110 Druid KA12 .ini file.
Added over half a dozen new Conditions, and systematically reworked the entire .ini file, prior issue was the druid 113 .ini was going through mana way too fast.
So now the druid will not be so mana hungry while doing amazing heals and dps.
