Wizard update

Updated to support the Wizard plugin - have fun! (It's really good!)

minor adjustments

Adjusted some timing issues even though that it could be even better!

New group management functions added

You can now set all other toons (not the one running the Lua) in Assist, Chase, Pause, Unpause and Stop.
This will make it super easy to control your toons.

Note: Lua is now call GroupManager.lua
