volley not being cast, axe of xin diablo, average dps on reg mobs is 200k, on burn 800k.. way below. should be averaging 500k ish on reg mobs and burn should be well above 1mil.

I will correct axe of xin diablo (120) as I have Axe of Derakor (115), not sure how I missed that. on Alla.
