The command list is rather extensive.
/environment - macro environment operations
/core - some character environment stuff. fireworks is by far the best!
/cc - there is only one thing we say to Death, Not today.
/pc - real tanks are better then mage pets!
/tc - tie (what you would consider follow)
/movement - camp stuff. tents optional?
/heal - no one really knows what this does
/debuff - this is not buffs
/buff - this is buffs
/buff combat on, the character will not buff while threatening mobs are with ~30 paces.
/burn - (all i see is beavis and butthead) fire.. fire..
/rez - if you run mq2rez, you will bork this up
/setassist - this might be important. maybe not...
/hc - this is honestly addicting
/lc - no touching there.
/cursor - didn't mean to hit loot all. it was the lag.
/mode - prob best you don't start here LH..

Some Admin command examples:
/admin list nuke, dot, theres a bunch. just do an /admin list and it will spit out all the option
/admin get VARIABLENAME
/admin get healRemedy1 would echo Merciful Remedy
Some Edit command examples:
/edit Buff1 "Hastening of Milyex"
/edit Buff1Alias "|haste"
/edit BCBuff1Class "|RNG|PAL|WAR|MON|BST" and so on. lists are delineated with a |. always lead the list with one.
/edit buffGem # to set the swap spot for buffing
On importing prebuilt toon .db from here or elsewhere:
download the db and ini files RedBot has created a listing... then with core running use /admin dbimport NAME ... this file you download will be say "export_SHM_110" only "110" is needed to invoke the database population so /admin dbimport 110
