• Hail, we're RedGuides. We want you to play six (yes, 6!) EverQuest characters at once. We have scripts and a friendly community to help, please join our playstyle and say hello! 👋
  • We've added LLM sections to our Terms & Rules and Resource Rules, for everyone's sanity & in-game safety.

    a. Do not replace your voice with an LLM. This goes for your posts and your scripts. Drafting and editing with a tool is fine, but don't take you out of what you share.
    b. Do not replace your EQ character's voice with an LLM. We don't want scripts that speak over /ooc, /shout or other public channels. This has been an unwritten rule that's kept casino scripts off the site for decades, but we're now compelled to make it clear: keep automated communication private.

    Why Does RG Review Scripts?
Nearly every LLM-written Lua script we see is making your character do impossible things, and rarely in a way that's beneficial to you. We've seen heavy server hammering, /target over impossible distances when /nav spawn would passively accomplish the same thing, a spawn search that fires 20+ times per second, and other pointless actions that are likely annoying GMs.

You are welcome to use LLMs as a tool to structure, draft, and edit your work, but please read critically before hitting /lua run

Utility Carnage 1.7.2

A resource to let you know how many and what races are needed to be killed in order to get the achievement Megadeath.

Races are listed that have a minimum needed to be killed from the Skill category of the achievements. Hovering over a count will pop up the additional races that will count when killed.

Needed will only list the races that are not complete. While the race filter will do a text match to the race names listed to reduce the size of the list (if the race is completed it will not show in the filter).

There is some basic navigation included to common zones where these races are located as well as an invisibility check. The invisibility check is on by defaults and turns off if you have no potions (if needed) or an innate invisibility is not checked. Invisibility is checked while navigating, so it will re-invis if it drops.

There are some exceptions: Level-locked, keyed and LDON zones. This resource doesn't check level or keys for zones, so there will be a roadblock at the zone line if you do not meet the requirements. Navigation for LDON zones, is only to the zone and not the camp, although Easyfind may have you take a Magus putting you directly in the camp.

The basic navigation only gets you to the zone if it is possible, once there finding the mobs is currently on your own. I recommend the resource Mob List to find the mobs in zone.

The achievement tab lists each Megadeath achievement and their status.

The options tab lets you check if you are blind and increases the size of the text, if you want to be invisible while navigating, and what type of invisibility if you had a choice. If you have no Cloudy Potions and had Potion selected, then Travel Invis becomes unchecked.
