/mac BuffGroupOneSpell "Spell Name" [0/1]

Quotes ARE required for spells with spaces in the name.

0 is default. It will not overwrite a spell if you already have it. If you want this behavior you can leave the number off the end.
1 will make it attempt overwrite spell refreshing the timer if you already have it.
