If you start the macro with the TRUE flag (i.e., /mac buffbot2 true) it will play the announce message contained in INI variable StartupAnnounceMessage.
The only hard coded command is list (i.e., the command you /tell BuffBot) which orders a BuffBot to list its commands defined in the INI. The other BuffBot commands are definable in the INI file.
