Your character should first bind in Guild Lobby or POK
The macro can be run with:
Get all spells 1-110
/mac allscribe
Get spells for only certain zones:
/mac allscribe <minlevel> <maxlevel>
So for example to just get Argath spells you would run
/mac allscribe 91 95
