Flashblaze Dilemma

So uhh... Come to find out.. Flashblaze does not stack with Pyre of the Wretched... So we brought back Ignite Intellect

Also added the 2.0 Epic

Corrected Buffs

Changed Mortifier's Unity to look for Flesh for Venom, stops the necro from casting Mortifier's Unity in-between every fight.

Removed Ignite Intellect from the rotation to make room in spell gems for Incite Ally, stops necro from trying to memorize Incite Ally in-between fights.
(Should be noted that this works well with a Enchanter in the group, necro does not run out of mana)

Conditions Edit

Modified the following conditions:
Cond6 from 1-99% to 15-99%
Cond7 from 1-99% to 15-99%
Cond8 from 1-99% to 10-99%
Cond10 from 1-60% to 1-75%

Fixed condition section

Changed condition size from 19 to 21
