Added to and tweaked conditions, DPS, Buffs, and Burn sections.

Horn of Unity and Unified Phoenix Feather Cycling

Updated Horn of Unity from in DPS section with condition to trigger at <60% endurance.

Added Unified Phoenix Feather to DPS section, and added condition to trigger at <40% endurance.

Conditions also check to see if one or the other is already active.
