i know i somehow ended up with double my starting bags food ect no idea if whatever happened there somehow goes into a bigger dupe loop i usually hear about them after there closed up

I'm having an issue where when i get a rez in an instance(i think its only in instances ) it will leave a corpse that cannot be seen except by the owner and cannot be interacted with to make it disappear any ideas whats causing this?
