Building a solid group and having good control over it is it, since it really depends on how you are controlling your group. I have written a few mission macros when EoK was the latest and greatest. Centered them around an enchanter, or some around an SK. But they worked best for "my" groups...

Finally got around to editing the group window to include class and level. The plugin added group aggro and distance. Its a simple edit of the default UI piece. The MQ section is towards the bottom of the file. I find it helpful to see who is what at a glance, instead of after a wipe.
