I've added a bit more controllable parameters, namely min/max ranges for scatter radius, pull breaks and assist range, and also bumped the default assist range minimum up to 95.     yeah the blocking effect no longer works on lowbies so I had to change things up. Used to I'd pull all of dragonscale onto a lowbie bard with one on, and just use cleric viral reverse DS to drop them all
