go to eq folder, delete all the UI_Yourcharname_Yourserver.ini for each of your chars and try again. THIS WILL DELETE ALL OF YOUR CUSTOM UI SETTINGS. but it's the most probable cause and it will get you back into EQ.

Tracking no longer sorts when selecting from the sort by drop down list w/e, it always sorts by level starting at lvl 1 at the top.
