They're talking about 'server' transfers and not 'account' transfers. Because the special rules servers like FV involve a lot more work to take them to a LIVE server or vice versa.

Don't do it while AFK though. There were reports of GMs citing this as 'unattended gameplay' and issuing out suspensions to those who were AFK while on Phinigel at least.

I believe one issue with the goods/services issue though is that Paypal still gives more default protection to the 'buyer' in these cases. Also, they don't charge fees on top of the 'friends and family' options.

They have a 'truebox-code' that runs on that server specifically (and the upcoming Agnarr) which prevents multiple instances running from the same computer, and scans for things like too many command submissions from the same IP, and will disconnect you. What it does and how it works is not...

FYI - if you had not seen... the upcoming server 'Agnarr' will be basically a Phinny-clone with true-box code enabled and instancing... it will however stop itself from any further expansions once it reaches the LDoN expansion (3 month unlocks, starting at classic) and never unlock further...

What I have seen work at least on "Offer" type posts that I think would be appropriate for establishing a common pricing form: Just specify they list a definite "Buyout Price". This doesn't need to be competitive, it can be whatever the seller wants. Likewise, no one should message or comment...

Apparently even though most items were greyed out in the claim window... if you had 1 claimable item, like the Exp pot from Quarm or the satchel from daybreak store... you could toggle-sort through the way /claim window was filtered, and get non-claimable objects to appear as claimable.
