They're talking about 'server' transfers and not 'account' transfers. Because the special rules servers like FV involve a lot more work to take them to a LIVE server or vice versa.

Regarding the regen hindrance... that's what I originally heard and thought, but someone was telling me that isn't the case. Do we have a confirmation that it does anything other than spam you with hunger/thirst messages?

Don't do it while AFK though. There were reports of GMs citing this as 'unattended gameplay' and issuing out suspensions to those who were AFK while on Phinigel at least.

I believe one issue with the goods/services issue though is that Paypal still gives more default protection to the 'buyer' in these cases. Also, they don't charge fees on top of the 'friends and family' options.
