mq2cleric/war/zerk are not going to message eqbc based on your KA since KA is not doing any of those commands. It should report your DPS per fight within KA if you have that setting turn on. I don't see any way to make a CWTN plugin report what abilities/spells you are using to EQBC.

Restless Ice is a debuff that appears in the song window. As of this post, the cure section doesn't look at the song window, as there is not Group.Song TLO. That's being worked on.
