Ugh, my apologies. I was looking at multiple threads and meant to post this on another evolve thread not specific to the cloak. The cloak needs to be in NoS zones so everything I posted in this thread isn't relevant to the cloak and by extension this thread....
Beyond Espoir is good for...
That was the results. Not posting %'s gained as that has many variables, for instance what evolving item it is, what level the evolve is at, how many people are in group, I have even heard if you have multiple evolves equipped that need xp it gets split further (haven't tested this).
The point...
Just tested this out in Beyond Espoir (23rd anni mission). Killed 210 mobs in 30 minutes with a full group, where honestly 2 or 3 people can kill just as effectively as the mobs die so fast most of the group doesn't even engage. Mobs also respawn in this instance so you will never run out...
It's the con of the mob not necessarily the level difference. Killing "weak" mobs is the fastest way. Last years anniversary had an entire zone of blue con weak mobs that as far as I have seen is the fastest way to xp evolving items at level 120.
Edit: my bad, the anniversary quest is only good...
If you have 1 priest chances are they will be mostly healing. If you have two just set the heal hp on the secondary healer very low. I use a Cleric and Druid, my Druids heals are all set for 60 so he primarily does DPS.
If you are only using the 1 priest and want more DPS you can always weave...
Which version of the macro are you using? There has been a couple of unofficial edits that haven't been posted here. I have been using the one posted by Lfoxe84 above and have never run in to this problem. Used it to do all my TBL chase collections on 3 toons.
For the buffing right now I just roll it in to the DPS section so if an important buff or short duration buff wears off it will cast in combat. Not a bad idea though if there was an adder in the buff section to set certain buffs to be cast in combat.
