Ahh. That does open a can of worms. If you use the eqemulator.org site and their login servers you're limited to their implied TOS. If you contribute to the github you could recreate up to live, use your own login server and then play it locally in your own house.

Yes it is weird. It might be a false positive. Carnage isn't actually tracking I'm a people person. The achievement needs 10 each from the playable races. There are greater count achievements that are covered in tracking and it is assumed getting those would get the 10 for I'm a people person...

Check that New UI did not get re-checked by DBG. Check that you have framelimiter running. Check that you're in an assist mode.
