While camping the named shark under the ice in Cobalt Scar, I noticed my characters continuously swim up to the ice and get stuck, and never come back down. What can I do to ensure they return to the sea floor where my camp is set up?

I am having this issue with my puller. Also, is there a way to have the puller not pay attention to any other pullers in the same zone? IE...we are farming named for the hunter. Two or more groups in the same zone are causing the puller to stop and wait.
