Out of curiosity -- are the items for each expansion defined in the items.ini file and then you add the Expansion to the if check in the script?
On that note I notice that TOV isn't in the if check (pretty sure I have the updated version...
Testing again this morning and additional behaviors to note for users (just so they know what to expect)

Edit: forgot C++ on Windows is gonna be different that *nix (vs compiler instead of [insert compiler of choice here]... Still want to try my hand though
Edited to not call out MQ2GroundSpawns exclusively -- your right RNG does determine what you pick up, but some spawns seem to be rarer than others (hence why you're hanging out collecting for a while)
General run-through of the lua yields the following:
Test environment:
* Rogue Persona
* Started in PoK
* Already had Laurion's Inn Ground Collects
- Loads pre-reqs (Ground, EasyFind, Nav)
- Enables Hide and Sneak on Rogue
- Rogue Navigates to given expansion via PoK routes (no Guild Hall)

Was fiddling around in meetings yesterday doing TOL manually with MQ2GroundSpawns and 4/10 wouldn't recommend -- missed zones, miscalculated collectables needed (distracted by meetings) 100% worth the cost for 1 expansion, let alone 3.

I think it's interesting -- maybe berzerker + druid to make it a group of 6. Berzerker for straight DPS (physical DPS that is) and Druid for aDPS and additional heals).
edit: I only say druid as I'm not 100% sure how a pally does as the sole healer, even with SK taps
