Full system reboot fixed it, it wasn't BYOS I did check that. Dont think it was a plugin issue more a PC issue, like i said the other was working 100%.

I would add "The Call" to doable missions. you can med and wait for burns between each dragon if you need to as there is no reset based on time until you kill the 4th dragon on the way to the kill the middle dragon.

running restless ice with 2 groups PLing some toons noticed my 115 bard was mezzing stuff fine, the 113 chanter wasn't (because his spells were not high enough till 115). When the chanter hit 115 and i got the spells he still wasnt mezzing at all. dug around some and looked at CWTNMezImmune.ini...

Yes, it only sees buff on the computer it is running on. There may be a way to make it work across the network but that is over my head.

PS.. if mesh cant get there it wont move, but then no other command would have got you there either.
