I may be a little biased, since SK was the first toon I made in 2000 but if we're talking about group content (excluding raid gear/usage) the main reason I always say my "main" is the SK (even though I have 20 effing toons) is because you can take an SK through almost all content solo and pretty...

Back in the day, epics were the epitome of quests...these new ones are mostly just annoying tasks. Mage 1.0 in 2000, SK 1.0 in 2001, and 3 boxing Lord Bayle in 2016 were pretty satisfying. The most satisfying was the Efreeti Death Visage and the mini quests involved.

Friend of mine works for EA, that was a debacle. I doubt it would reach EQ anytime soon

Well considering they have around 5-7 active titles, it's possible they do have a total revenue stream of around 20-25 mil. I'm sure they raise rounds of funding for new projects which might be included in this "40 mil" number. I would be shocked if EQ is pulling in more than 5MM in gross...

Yeah I've done this equation a few times and it usually ends up around 2-2.5MM a year (including xpacs). They might be pushing 3 on a good year.

If the strategy is to make EQ mobile, they'll look to tie in what makes $ on EQ. I would bet they'll consult a shady swashbuckler or two and find LoN cards to be an easy money maker. I doubt they'll start making any cuts on EQ desktop, they're going to want to use that data to find out what...
