Same issue here, the spawn list for latest update is only showing a single NPC spawn in list and then rapidly cycling through all the mobs in the zone on that single listing.

I have done zero research; but off the top of my head you might be able to knock out berg and gimblox for the cleric epic which would really only leave farming the 4 pearl shards on kunark release.
