I am having the exact same problem with Ranged weapons on a Warrior that LrdDread is having. This started occuring after the EQ March update was patched in MQ2. Pull with melee still works and as a workaround I can use the Trow Stone ability to pull but with extremely limited pull range...

Is anyone else experiencing the EQ client crashing when zoning after the Jan 21st update? It has happened to me every time I have zoned so far since the update.

Further update. The druid casts hp/ac/mana regen, hp regen, DS spells on original character class on characters with personas without problem. I am attaching the buffbot2.ini file I have edited but there are two of us supporting the buffers for our guild and I believe he has edited the file...

As a test I switched target char to it's original class and logged that acct out to the desktop. Logged back in and tried to get a druid translocation port from the buffer. This failed. I then switched to the first persona created on that char and then tried to get a druid translocation port...

It is not the Druid casting the spell that has persona but the target that does.

Worth it. Any toon on the account, on any server, lvl 51 and up can get AA autogrants up to lvl 115 that you get to keep even if the sub lapses. 1 month premium play time that you can increase AAs during. And, right now you can get a free lvl 100 Heroic which you can move around to different...
