How effective is your team, really, without mq2? I struggle with 2 accounts, 3 would be ineffective.. I can't imagine 5 unless they're all pet classes :-/ I'm sure people are better at boxing than I am, I just can't imagine it :/

Sorry to bring back this topic...I'm just returning to EQ, and it was my understanding that mq2 doesn't work on progression servers like agnarr, or have I misunderstood something?

I used this method in the past, but i play pet classes, and their stupid 'attacking X, master' tell sets it off, too. utterly annoying, and i cant find an alternate method.

Hate to burst your bubble, but they're actually very lame augs. They go into slot 8, aka the only slot where you can put a real dmg aug. Youre much better off just getting a normal aug that adds direct damage to your weapon. You CAN change these augs to just normal ornaments, but then they lose...

Well, i agree that it would seem to be tied to the expansion somehow, but there is only one set of files to download; hot accounts patch for rof files, too.

Another tip: with ftp accounts, you can make unlimited gnome wizards. I dont use either a druid or wizard in my main play group, but i DO have 6 wizards (2 gold, 4 ftp) bound at my most common travel spots. I simply bring three characters from my main group to pok, group with whatever wizard is...
