Are you using the download or the version that Onimai posted above? I do not think the version for download is the one Onimai posted above and you might have to copy and paste into your macro.

You can click on shortcuts and there is a box for Very Vanilla. You can click that if you wan to run mq.

One thing you can do is back up the exe file after each patch. This will allow you to go back to a previously working exe if you accidentally patch when it is not required.
