Do you have to put Rk. II in the INI for all Rk. II versions of spells and abilities or does just putting the normal spell name automatically use the RK2 version?

Anybody have a good guide for setting up a shammy with kissassist? I've got him healing, but not sure how to make him slow and dot in between. Also even though i have configured 3 heal spells, only one is being used. How does healing priority work? AE heals, and HoTs?
