To expand on Algar's Hotbutton - I use two hotbuttons for chase - one is /dgge /rgl chaseon, the other /dgge /rgl /chaseoff. Easier than opening up the ui and covering the screen with it.

There is not normally an 'MQ Window' to interact with. take a look in your system tray(Lower right hand corner) and look for an MQ icon there - Right click for a menu. If want configuration options - Open Config.
